Delivered in close partnership with Regis Aged Care, a leading national owner and operator, and HSPC Health Architects, this four-level, high-end residential facility, which includes 113 generously sized bedrooms, seamlessly integrates into its Melbourne suburb locale while meeting rigorous town planning standards.
The project scope features:
– 113 resident rooms, including a 14-bed dementia care unit
– Nine luxurious penthouse apartments
– Four levels with premium resident amenities and landscaped balconies
– A full basement with a fresh cook kitchen, commercial laundry, staff facilities, and car parking
– The facility also boasts expansive communal areas on the upper floors, offering residents additional services and studio apartments for comfort and privacy.
