Building Engineering’s annual indoor volleyball tournament

Last Friday night, the Building Engineering social club hosted its annual indoor volleyball tournament, and what a fun evening! As the temperatures soared, so did the competition in the gym, where four enthusiastic teams battled it out for the championship title.

In a thrilling display of skill and teamwork, participants showcased their volleyball prowess in a hotly contested event that is an annual highlight on the social calendar. The atmosphere was electric, with cheers and laughter echoing throughout the gym as players dove, spiked, and rallied for every point.

After an evening filled with nail-biting moments and friendly rivalries, the winning team, ‘How I Set Our Mother’, emerged victorious! Congratulations to the five winning team members: Jacob, Evan, Stefan, Sam, and Violet. A special shoutout goes to Violet, named the MVP of the night for her outstanding performance and leadership on the court!

The creativity didn’t stop there. Teams sported some fantastic names, including the ‘Victory Snatchers’, ‘Big Dig Energy’, and ‘Beach Ball Busters’. Each team brought its unique flair, contributing to a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.

This event wasn’t just about competition but a fantastic opportunity for team building and camaraderie among colleagues. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a resounding success.

We can’t wait for next year’s tournament—bring on the rematch!
