Celebrating Will Devlin’s Promotion to Construction Manager

Building Engineering is excited to announce the promotion of Will Devlin from Project Manager to Construction Manager! Will has been a key member of our team, contributing to the successful delivery of over 25 projects while working across three different roles within the company. His journey exemplifies his dedication, growth, and strong alignment with Building Engineering’s core values of people-first focus and collaboration.

Reflecting on his journey, Will shared, “Building Engineering has always remained people-focused, and the core values align with my personal values. It’s been an incredible experience being involved in over 25 projects, and while it’s hard to name them all, a few that stand out to me are ZARA Melbourne Retail Fit Out, Parks Victoria Albert Park Office & Depot, and Penleigh and Essendon Grammar Middle Boys School.”

When asked about his favourite part of working at Building Engineering, Will highlights our collaborative team spirit: “We are a collaborative business that not only focuses on delivering high-quality projects on time but also ensures our clients have a positive experience during the construction period. That emphasis on the client journey is something I really appreciate.”

Will’s proudest moments come from the simple, meaningful experiences when clients see their new buildings for the first time. “It might be as simple as staff sitting at their new desk or kids seeing their new classroom, but those moments are the most satisfying to me.”

We’re excited to see the impact Will is set to make as he steps into his new role as Construction Manager. Congratulations, Will! Your dedication, leadership, and passion are invaluable, and we’re thrilled to have you as part of the Building Engineering team.
