Exciting progress at the Bogong Car Park Extension

We’re thrilled to share an update on our Bogong Car Park Extension project. Site Manager Ben Maynard details the work our team is putting into this transformative project.

Project Overview
The Bogong Car Park Extension is set to redefine convenience and accessibility at the heart of the Glen Waverley Activity Precinct. Delivered in two stages, the first stage involves structural strengthening of the existing structure, ensuring it can support the additional levels. This crucial step lays a robust foundation for the second stage: the new build. This extension promises to elevate the parking experience for visitors, commuters, and residents.

Current Progress
We’re pleased to announce that Level 4 has been successfully poured, and our team is now forming up Level 5. The construction efforts are advancing steadily, thanks to our team’s hard work and coordination.

Once completed, the extension will add four new levels to the existing car park, increasing its capacity from 500 to over 1000 spaces. This substantial expansion will make a significant difference for local businesses, residents, and visitors, addressing parking shortages and facilitating smoother traffic flow.

Project Timeline
The project is progressing well, and we are on track to deliver the Bogong Car Park Extension by mid-2025.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to build and expand. We’re excited to see this project’s positive impact on the community and look forward to elevating the parking experience for visitors, commuters, and residents.
