Introducing our Design Manager Arzu Mulayim

We are thrilled to recognise the outstanding contributions of our Design Manager, Arzu Mulayim, in the successful delivery of the Glenroy Community Hub. The Hub is the first public building in Australia to achieve the impressive Passivhaus certification. This certification was secured within six months of completion, a truly exceptional feat!

With an impressive 15-year tenure at Building Engineering, Arzu has proven herself as an incredible asset to our business. She embraces the challenges posed by the industry with unwavering enthusiasm and thrives on collaborative teamwork, elevating our projects to new heights.

Notably, Arzu has been nominated for the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property initiative, highlighting her dedication to advocating for women’s acceleration into leadership roles within the industry.
