Congratulations DesignInc Melbourne on the Commendation for the Glenroy Community Hub for the prestigious Australian Institute of Architects Victoria Chapter Sustainability Award.
It was an absolute pleasure working with you to deliver the first public building in Australia to be Passivhaus certified.
Certification was achieved within six months of completion which was a fantastic achievement.
