Chris is responsible for the day-to-day commercial operations, including the financial, estimating, marketing, and governance policies.

Chris’ key ability is to clearly articulate company and project goals to a diverse range of stakeholders, allowing for the free flow of information and completion of all tasks in an efficient, productive, and positive manner.

An important aspect of Chris’s work is his ability to be aware of industry market conditions. He is able to accomplish this through a wide network of industry contacts and tirelessly sifting through economic industry data. Chris’s attitude is the cornerstone of the company’s philosophy; that we work with all stakeholders of a project to achieve the best outcome for all.

Tom is responsible for the day-to-day construction operations of all projects, including the production, financial, Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), and management. He keeps in contact with all stakeholders from the project’s outset to completion.

Tom instills a collaborative can-do culture with the team at Building Engineering. With Tom’s leadership, all staff develop a sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the growth and advancement of the business. Tom encourages staff through ongoing professional development and pursues a policy of promotion from within.
