Austin Hospital Intensive Care Unit & Emergency Department Refurbishment

The scope of work for this project included the refurbishment of the existing Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

New works included extending the ICU, bed upgrades, new mechanical pendants, new entrance and areas to the ED along with a new bed area.

The project was heavily staged over six stages due to the live hospital environment with critical deadlines in working adjacent to occupied hospital staff and patients.
