This project consisted of the construction of a new two-storey music school located at 73 Lansell Avenue, Toorak.
A key feature includes a double-height rehearsal area, with additional teaching areas and staff offices.
The building is utilised by both the senior and junior campuses. The building is a detailed architectural design consisting of new build construction utilising precast concrete, suspended concrete slabs, and metal deck roofing.
External cladding is a combination of zincalume and stone for the full perimeter of the building.
Double and triple-glazed windows systems are used adding to the high levels of acoustic and architectural treatments throughout.
A double-sided, passenger lift is included with internal finishes featuring high spec timber feature walls and timber floors.
