Building Engineering has commenced work on Warralily Park Primary School, a dynamic new campus in Armstrong Creek, Geelong. With places for up to 650 students, this project will help meet increasing enrolment demand from the growing local population, easing pressure on surrounding schools and providing access to high-quality education close to home.
Commissioned by the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), the school is being delivered under a Design and Construct contract and will feature three cutting-edge learning buildings, a community hub, an administration building, a childcare centre, and extensive outdoor facilities, including two hardcourts, a full-sized playing field, and ample car parking. This ensures the campus meets the needs of both the students’ and the community.
Designed by Architectus and managed by Johnstaff as the superintendent, the school is tailored to foster collaborative learning while offering flexible spaces for future expansion. Completion is scheduled for October 2025, setting Warralily Park Primary School as a vibrant education cornerstone in Armstrong Creek.
